Gifts - Any custom gift orders must be ordered at least 7 days before the date needed.

Wedding/Event Packages - Please book at least 3 months in advance of date needed.

Funeral Packages - Please book at least 7 days before the date needed.

Trees - Please place an order for trees at least 7 days before the date needed.

Last minute orders are welcome, depending if we have an opening.

Please be advise that we need advance notice to make any floral orders to our wholesaler.

The more advance notice you give us, there's more highly availability on the florals and supplies that is needed for your next event.

If you are looking for florals for a event like a wedding, bridal shower etc

and would like to discuss and see samples of like a bouquet or centerpiece etc...

If so, we do appointments only and NO walk ins. As this is a home base business.

We advise for us to have a contract on all orders for weddings/events. If you do not request it then we will not provide it. But to be safe and to have all details written out and signed by both parties.

Please be advise that not all product will look exactly the same as the photos.

Like for flowers, each bloom is different. This also goes with all greenery and fillers.

Colors may also be slight off as depending on the camera and lighting.

We deliver everyday if needed.

For funeral and events such as wedding. You choose the time.

Delivery for gifts, we do not have a certain time frame. But it will be during our business hours unless we made an agreement to have a setup time it should be delivered.

Please note that we may run late, due to traffic or anything that comes by like weather changes or if we got a flate tire etc. We will always inform you and keep in contact. We do try our best to make it on time.

All gift orders are made in full the day you place an order.

Weddings, events and funerals. We take a deposit first and balance is due after.

It will be written down on contract or be discuss by our customers and us.

We accept e-mail transfer or cash only at the time

You will receive a receipt or invoice for your order.
